'Sup?! Tad here! If you're sailing on the Disney Wish or Disney Treasure, there's one dining experience that Marvel fans — and honestly, anyone who loves a little entertainment and some good tunes — won't want to miss: Worlds of Marvel. This restaurant brings the Marvel Cinematic Universe to life with immersive storytelling, interactive tech and a menu filled with global flavors. Whether you're a hardcore Avengers fan or just looking for a dinner that doubles as entertainment, here’s everything you need to know before entering this Super Hero-themed dining experience.

What Is Disney's Rotational Dining?

Before we dive into all things Marvel, let’s quickly cover Rotational Dining on DCL. Instead of picking a restaurant each night, guests rotate between three main dining rooms throughout their cruise, while their servers rotate with them. This means your servers will remember that you order your soda without ice, or that you like extra bread (no judgment here). It’s one of those little Disney touches that makes dining on a Disney cruise feel personalized and seamless.

On the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure, Worlds of Marvel is one of the three main dining spots, making it a must-visit at least once during your cruise. If you're on a three- or four-night cruise, you’ll get one night here (on the Disney Wish), while seven-night itineraries on the Disney Treasure include two nights at Worlds of Marvel — with two different shows. More on that below!

Worlds of Marvel Restaurant Atmosphere

Worlds of Marvel - table setting

Walking into Worlds of Marvel feels like stepping right into the Avengers universe. The sleek, modern design features futuristic touches reminiscent of Iron Man’s high-tech labs. As guests are seated for dinner, the screens located throughout the venue display images of the various characters and gadgets from the MCU.

One fun aspect of this restaurant is the table number, displayed on a quantum generator. The quantum generator helps guests find the correct spot for dinner, but it's also an interactive technology that ties directly into the evening’s entertainment.

In addition to the quantum generator, we love all the themed tableware in Worlds of Marvel. Everything from the bread plates to the cutlery has details such as the Avenger’s A on them.

Worlds of Marvel Disney Wish versus Disney Treasure: What’s Different?

While both the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure feature Worlds of Marvel, there are a few differences. On the Disney Wish (3- and 4-night cruises), guests dine at Worlds of Marvel once and experience Avengers: Quantum Encounter, a high-energy dinner show starring Ant-Man and The Wasp.

Aboard the Disney Treasure (7-night cruises), guests dine at Worlds of Marvel twice. The first night features Avengers: Quantum Encounter, just like on the Wish. The second night's show is Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix, a Guardians of the Galaxy-inspired dining show.

Worlds of Marvel Entertainment

Avengers: Quantum Encounter (Disney Wish & Disney Treasure)

This action-packed dinner show follows Ant-Man and The Wasp as they demonstrate new Pym Tech that can shrink and enlarge objects. Of course, things go wrong (because Marvel), and soon, other Avengers — including Captain Marvel, Captain America and Ms. Marvel — join the fun to stop a villain from stealing the tech. Expect special effects, plenty of laughs and an interactive element where you get to help the Avengers from your seat. Guests are encouraged to engage with the story, using their table’s quantum technology to assist the heroes.

The show wraps up with a surprise character appearance (think Spider-Man, Ant-Man or The Wasp). This happens about an hour and 15 minutes into dinner, so don’t rush out early!

Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix (Disney Treasure Only)

This exclusive show on the Disney Treasure’s second Worlds of Marvel night stars Groot and Rocket from Guardians of the Galaxy. Groot plans a surprise celebration for Rocket, and chaos ensues. The best part? It’s all set to an "Awesome Mix" playlist of classic hits. While this show doesn’t feature a live character appearance, it delivers an energetic and hilarious experience that’s still a blast.

Food and Drinks

Worlds of Marvel - menu

The food at Worlds of Marvel highlights some uniquely themed Marvel options. The menu offers a variety of dishes that appeal to a wide range of tastes, with dishes cleverly tying into the restaurant's unique theme. Each dish on the menu is tied to a location in the Marvel Universe. For example, the Golden Mystic Pasta has Kamar Taj next to it which is the fictional location that serves as the training ground for the Masters of the Mystic Arts. The menus also feature a selection of “Wakandan Salads” in a nod to "Black Panther," as well as options from the “Sokovian Kettle” in reference to Sokovia accords within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. (Pictured above is the menu for Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix.)

One of the best parts of dining aboard Disney Cruise Line is the flexibility to sample as much as your heart desires. While the menus on Disney Cruise Line are refreshed from time to time, some iconic dishes remain fan favorites and are available on all voyages. Here, we’ll highlight a few of our favorite dishes along with some of our personal picks from the current menu that are definitely worth trying. Of course, note that these offerings are subject to change.

Appetizers

The dining experience begins with a bread basket, accompanied by a specialty dipping sauce and butter. At Groot Remix on the Disney Treasure, you'll receive a six-grain bread with a caramelized onion dipping sauce. At Quantum Encounter, guests start off the meal with a marble loaf bread with red bell pepper dipping sauce.

Here are a few of our favorite appetizers:

  • Steamed Bao Bun (Quantum Encounter) – A must-try! Filled with ginger-orange pork belly, toasted sesame seeds, and pickled daikon, it’s packed with flavor.
  • Malaysian Chicken Satay (Groot Remix) – Tender, grilled chicken served with coconut rice and a delicious peanut dipping sauce.
  • Wakandan Salad – A refreshing, Black Panther-inspired dish that nods to the flavors of Africa.

Worlds of Marvel - Chicken Satay

Our must-get item at the Groot Remix dining is the Malaysian Chicken Satay which is tender chicken, kecap manis, coconut rice, cucumber, roasted peanut dipping sauce. At Quantum Encounter, it's the Steamed Bao Bun which is seared ginger, orange pork belly, toasted sesame seeds, pickled daikon, spring onions and mirin soy sauce honey glaze.

Entrees

Just like our favorite appetizers, we've got our top entrees listed here too:

Worlds of Marvel - Beef Wellington

  • Rosemary Roasted Beef Tenderloin (Quantum Encounter) – Served with celeriac purée, crisp parsnip and truffle cabernet jus, this is one of the most popular dishes.
  • Beef Wellington (Groot Remix) – A flaky, buttery pastry filled with beef tenderloin, mushrooms and cabernet sauce. Recommended by servers for good reason!
  • Shiitake and Tofu Udon Noodle Bowl – A plant-based option with udon noodles, baby bok choy and a miso shiitake broth.

The Beef Wellington came highly recommended by our server. Looking for lighter option? The Crisp Chili Chicken Salad combining pineapple, cucumber, soybeans, green onions and red bell peppers with toasted sesame seeds, daikon, iceberg lettuce, endive and ponzu dressing is delicious. Our favorite entree at the Groot Remix dining is the Roasted Marinated Peri Peri Chicken served with long green beans, honey-roasted sweet potatoes, charred lime and Peri Peri sauce.

Desserts

A Super Hero's meal wouldn't be complete without dessert! Our top favorite is the Orchard Peach Tart.

Worlds of Marvel - Worlds of Marvel Cheesecake

  • Sticky Date Pudding (Quantum Encounter) – This warm, gooey dessert with a side of salted caramel sauce is chef’s kiss.
  • I Am Groot Mousse (Groot Remix) – A fun, chocolate hazelnut dessert that’s almost too cute to eat (almost).
  • Orchard Peach Tart (Groot Remix) — almond peach tart, vanilla sauce, and dulce de leche ice cream.
  • No sugar-added cappuccino mouse (gluten-free).
  • Pym Doughnut Sundae — dulce de leche ice cream, pecan brownie, caramel fudge sauce, a chocolate glazed mini doughnut and whipped cream.

Worlds of Marvel Kids Menu

Worlds of Marvel - kids menu

Disney Cruise Line makes mealtime easy and fun for families. Every restaurant has a kids' menu with tasty options and fun activities like coloring pages.

Kids can start with soup or salad, then pick a main like a cheeseburger, pizza or chicken tenders. There’s also a healthier choice — whole-wheat spaghetti with a turkey meatball. Sides include fruit, veggies, mashed potatoes, fries or mac and cheese.

For dessert, they can enjoy a Mickey ice cream bar or other sweet treats. Portions are kid-sized, and they can always order from the adult menu if they want!

Allergy-Friendly Dining

Disney Cruise Line is well-equipped to offer meals for guests who have food allergies or special dietary needs. Your serving team stays with you the whole cruise, so they get to know what you need and make sure every meal works for you. You can even pre-order for the next day, giving the chefs time to prepare something safe and delicious. With plenty of allergy-friendly options, you can relax and enjoy your food without worry.

Beverages

Worlds of Marvel - drink flight

Worlds of Marvel offers a selection of specialty cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages. The "Wakanda Tasting Lab" is a popular choice and includes three separate cocktails. Guests looking for a Zero Proof option have the "Quantum Core Sipper" mocktail which is made with vanilla ice cream, simply mango pineapple and pop rocks.
