This Treasure is already making a name for herself among cruise fans with her beautiful details and adventure-filled theming. Plus, there are some frogtastic new experiences never before seen on any of the other Disney cruise ships. From theme park-inspired lounges to a Broadway-style stage show and even new dining, there are many exciting new things to explore. Let’s hop in and discuss our top can't-miss experiences!

Overview of the Disney Treasure Cruise Ship
The Disney Treasure is the second Triton class ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet and officially set sail on her maiden voyage on Dec. 21, 2024. Sailing from Port Canaveral, the Treasure offers 7-night itineraries to the Eastern and Western Caribbean throughout its inaugural season through May 2025 with stops at Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay.
Inspired by Walt Disney’s adventurous spirit, the Disney Treasure stands out from the rest of the Disney Cruise Line fleet. While it shares the same layout as the Disney Wish, the Treasure has a completely different vibe once you step onboard.
Every corner is filled with nods to beloved Disney tales such as "Peter Pan," "The Jungle Book" and "The Lion King." Keep your eyes open for Disney Easter eggs and hidden gems scattered throughout the ship — you never know what surprises you'll discover!

New Entertainment Aboard the Disney Treasure Cruise Ship
Disney Cruise Line is known for its family-friendly entertainment. In our humble froggy opinion, Disney needs to take a giant bow — they toadally outdid themselves with this ship. The Disney Treasure is a real stunner and includes an all-new stage show, AquaMouse theme and a new character lineup. There are also new additions to the sail away party and the farewell celebration that you'll want to experience.
"Let's Set Sail" Deck Party
Like other Disney Cruise Line ships, your adventure begins with a sail-away party on the pool deck. On the Disney Treasure, this tradition continues with the "Let's Set Sail" deck party.
New storytellers, Coriander and Sage, kick things off by introducing the ship and setting the tone for your adventure ahead. Joining the fun are Aladdin and Princess Jasmine — characters new to this show and not featured on the Disney Wish.
Storytellers Coriander and Sage
Speaking of Coriander and Sage — these two new characters are traveling storytellers who call the Treasure home and you definitely want to meet them! You’ll find them throughout your voyage telling frogsome tales of wonder and adventure, chatting with guests in the Grand Hall or in the Walt Disney Theatre for stage shows such as Disney Seas the Adventure. Children and adults alike enjoy their imaginative storytelling and engaging personalities.
Disney The Tale of Moana
A highlight of any Disney Cruise, the Broadway-caliber stage productions in the Walt Disney Theatre are simply frogtastic. Disney The Tale of Moana is a brand-new theatrical production, exclusively on the Disney Treasure.
Presented through puppetry, theatrical effects, song and dance, Disney The Tale of Moana takes you on a toadally incredible adventure as Moana journeys to restore the heart of Te Fiti. You will be speechless when you see the transformation of Te Ka into Te Fiti! Trust me when I say you don’t want to miss this show! What can I say except you’re welcome!
AquaMouse: Curse of the Golden Egg
The second toadally awesome attraction at sea awaits you on the Disney Treasure. Like its sister attraction aboard the Disney Wish, you’ll splash, twist and slide as you race along the water coaster aboard a two-person raft. The Wish features two storylines, Scuba Scramble and Swiss Meltdown. However, the Treasure introduces a third story — Curse of the Golden Egg! We noticed that on the Treasure the shows rotated between the three with a posted sign that listed the show being featured that day.
In AquaMouse: Curse of the Golden Egg, Mickey and Minnie race in a search for treasure within an ancient temple and face off against some of Disney Animation's best baddies. With fun surprises and special effects, it's a ride the whole family will want to experience at least once.
Heads up! The line for the AquaMouse can get long. We recommend riding early in the morning or on a port day for shorter wait times.
"Treasure Found" Farewell Celebration
The final night of your cruise can be bittersweet. It's always so hard to say goodbye. The good news? The Disney Treasure does something a little different to make the last night a little easier. Be sure to gather in the Grand Hall for the "Treasure Found" farewell celebration. This performance is led by the same storytellers mentioned above, Coriander and Sage.
Coriander and Sage share exciting news — a final treasure awaits onboard, celebrating highlights from your cruise adventure. The show features songs and scenes from "Indiana Jones," "Haunted Mansion," "Pirates of the Caribbean" and more. Packed with Disney music, character meet-and-greets, special effects and magical surprises, it’s a can’t-miss experience. Check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the exact time during your sailing.
New Dining Adventures
Now, let’s talk about dining — our Frog Family favorite! The Disney Treasure features Disney’s signature Rotational Dining with an exciting twist. Guests can enjoy one brand-new restaurant and a fresh story at Worlds of Marvel. Both offer immersive, story-driven experiences that elevate Disney Cruise Line dining to the next level.
Plaza de Coco
Here, you’ll step into the town of Santa Cecilia and join Miguel for one of two unique dining experiences. While you soak in the atmosphere, enjoy a delicious menu filled with Mexican-inspired dishes.
For the first night, you'll join Miguel in Mariachi Plaza for a musical adventure that continues the story from the beloved film, "Coco." This show is all about celebrating heritage and family through music and dance. And for the second night, you'll witness Miguel reunite with his great-great-grandparents Hector and Mama Imelda with the use of his magical guitar to celebrate Dia de los Muertos. But we have to warn you — it's very moving. Have those tissues handy.
The menu is different each night, so you'll have double the new dishes to try. We loved the Chorizo Street Croquettes!
Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix
New on the Disney Treasure is Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix at the Worlds of Marvel restaurant. This fun dinner experience is all about Marvel Super Heroes, with trivia and activities happening while you eat.
Rocket Racoon and Groot guide the evening with their humor and an “awesome mix” of songs. Just when you think it can’t get better, Groot delivers a surprise right before dessert!
This is one of two shows since you'll dine at Worlds of Marvel twice on your 7-night sailing. You'll also experience the Avengers: Quantum Encounter which is the same show that debuted on the Disney Wish.

Madam Leota and the Hitchhiking Ghosts even make an appearance. The secret menu item is called Restless Spirits. It is an experience for two. From regions beyond, The Haunted Mansion Parlor is a one-of-a-kind adults-only lounge inspired by the classic Disney Parks attraction. Enjoy ghostly cocktails and mocktails that capture the spooky vibe of the mansion.
Take your time here! The Haunted Mansion Parlor is packed with surprises, including technology that brings the hitchhiking ghosts, the bride and more to life. Look closely — there are hidden storytelling details in the art and decor. See if you can uncover the secret drink menu and solve the mystery of the Chilling Challenge.
We won’t spoil it all, but between the drinks and the spirited fun, you’re in for a hauntingly good time!
Located midship on deck three, you'll want to make a stop at Skipper Society Lounge. This hoppenin' spot is designed after the world-famous Jungle Cruise! But instead of sailing behind the back side of water, you'll step aboard 'Ems Empress' and enjoy an evening of witty puns and adventure.
Skipper Society Lounge offers themed cocktails and coffees, light snacks, live entertainment/events (we won Disney Parks trivia here ... well, almost!) and that campy Jungle Cruise humor. They've got jokes, y'all! Don't froget to get up from your seat and take a look around. You'll find nods to both attractions at Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
Periscope Pub is an adults-only lounge where you’ll feel like you’ve stepped aboard Captain Nemo’s Nautilus from "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea." It will be your go-to spot to grab a craft beer, sip on undersea-themed cocktails and enjoy light bites in an immersive nautical setting.
Look up to see ocean waves through the "glass" ceiling (with video captured from the aquarium at EPCOT), check out the real periscope or catch live sports and news on “scientific” monitors scattered around.
And while you’re there, be sure to order one of the exclusive tap beers inspired by the classic Disney film and attraction.
Choose Wisely! An Indiana Jones Comedy Adventure

An Indiana Jones Comedy Adventure" takes you on a comedic tour that highlights fan-favorite scenes from the "Indiana Jones" film franchise. Join Coriander and Sage, self-proclaimed world’s biggest Indiana Jones fans, at the Sarabi Supper Club for an interactive adventure of epic proportion.
This high-energy show is packed with hilarious props, audience participation and non-stop laughs. You’ll be in stitches as the performers "make it up as they go!" Pair the fun with cocktails and light bites from the Sarabi Lounge as you enjoy a comedy adventure inspired by all five hit "Indiana Jones" films.
