Hi, I have spent almost $3,200.00 with your company and have saved a great deal of money with your discounts. Every person I have spoken with has been exceptional! Xxxxxxx...YOU are so awesome and detail oriented...So caring that we got our tickets on time, and the willingness to take a problem I was having, home with you over Thanksgiving Holiday just impressed me even more!! Hello I am a bit late with this comment. However I just want to tell you and all your reader what an excellent job you do. I was a little skeptical about buying tickets over the internet and then going to pick them up in Orlando Florida. It could not have been easier .I drove down to Florida from Ontario Canada. On the way to the hotel we went to the Orlando pick up, got are ticket without a delay or problem. This was excellent as the family was in the can for 24hours. Just wanted to tell every one your can TRUST these people with your transaction. Will use them again!. Thank You for your trustworthy service

I was the leader for a group of 16 individuals spanning 9 months to 90 years of age who visited Disney World last week. After a great deal of objective research, I found that your company was universally recognized as competent and trustworthy -- as well as providing the very best deals -- so I ordered tickets to Disney World, Sea World and La Nouba. Turnaround time was practically instantaneous! The tickets arrived within a few days, neatly packaged. Although La Nouba was just coupons good for tickets at the window (pretty painless exchange process), all of the "World" tickets were the real thing, with absolutely zero problem in using them. Even the weather cooperated (I'm not giving you credit for that), and we had an absolutely marvelous time. A couple of suggestions for your future customers: (1) DO go to La Nouba!!!! It is truly a fantastic show, and the Tier 2 tickets are the best. Those who paid more to sit closer to the front had to turn around for the pre-show activities, and then lean back and crane their necks to look upwards for the numerous aerial acts. Our tickets halfway up Tier 2 seating were just about perfect. (2) Even on the "non-busy" days, Disney parks are pretty harried. Consider a page from our book, and do Sea World on your final day. It's a nice change of pace in a gorgeous park that encourages leisurely strolling and it'll bring your blood pressure back within normal range. (3) See the FIRST show of Fastasmic (MGM Studios). The park empties out afterwards and you'll have the last hour to yourselves.

My family and I are preparing for our first trip to Disney World in November. Which is where I found information for Undercover Tourist. Your site is easy to navigate and there are no hidden fees or wondering what the shipping costs are going to be. I was able to customize my ticket order to accomodate all 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids) - my oldest daughter will be going back to Disney in February so I was able to order a no expiration pass for her and 4 day park hopper passes with 2 additional days free for the rest of us. The prices are the best I've seen....and I have been doing some serious comparisons and searches! Thank you for your service - we look forward to our trip.

After searching the internet for the cheapest tickets to Walt Disney World and Kennedy Space Centre I decided to purchase from undercovertourist. I found the website easy to navigate, was glad they have the option to purchase using your own currency (I am Australian), and there are no hidden costs (all taxes included),,, and their tickets are cheap! I was a little nervous if my tickets would arrive on time as I leave on 26 July 2006 and only purchased the tickets on 29 June 2006 (the website states 'allow 14 Business days'. Well, I was expecting them mid-July and to my surprise they arrived yesterday (4 July 2006). That is only 6 days for international post!!! I had asked for delivery by July 10th even though we are not leaving until July 14th, not realizing that's close to the standard Undercover Tourist 14 day advance window. I have to admit, I was a little hesitant about buying Disney tickets anywhere but Disney. But when I saw several sites that recommended you and read your guarantee, etc. on your website, I decided to give you a shot. I am extremely glad I did!!! I ordered my tickets on Thursday afternoon and used 2-day Express Shipping. So I expected my tickets Monday or Tuesday (in case it was too late to process my order Thursday). I am totally satisfied with the transactions. I had been searching for the cheapest tickets for our Florida trip in November. I saw the advertisement on Xxxxxxx.com, immediately went to your site and purchased our tickets. Easy transaction, good price, what more could I ask for. I thought I was missing some of my tickets, emailed info, received an immediate response from Xxxxxxxx that my claim would be investigated. He mentioned in the email the tickets are usually sent together. I checked all my tickets, sure enough the tickets I thought I was missing were there. Totally my mistake, had I paid more attention I would have realized what I thought was the tickets for the second day was actually the back of the of the Universal Tickets I thought was missing. I just wanted to email you to say thank you for your help while we were at Disney. We arrived to at the Magic Kingdom our second day and realized we had lost a ticket. I ran to Disney customer service, but they could not really help me since I had bought our tickets through you (they were unable to determine the ticket number since you buy so many tickets at once). So I called my credit card company, who gave me your number, and whomever I spoke with was able to help me out immediately. She spoke with the Disney rep, gave her our ticket number and we were on our way. Thank you so much! Because of your good record keeping we were able to get in the park within 20 minutes of realizing we had lost our ticket! Hi - I just wanted to say thanks for a very easy, speedy, no hassle, sale of several theme park tickets. I bought several tickets back in December and within a week, they were delivered to me. Nice actual tickets arrived which I really liked. I figured I'd put it all to the test when I actually went to use them on my trip in January. When I found your agency online and the ticket prices you offered for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (2-day 2-park ticket + 3rd day free) I was a bit sceptical and hesitant to order, fearing a scam. But I did order tickets and hoped for the best. Because I procrastinated and ordered just 10 days before departure in December 2005, I included the $10 charge for express shipping. It was a surprise to receive a call the next day from your agency telling me the tickets could arrive in time by normal mail and your offer to refund the express shipping charge. The tickets did arrive in plenty of time and you did credit my card for the $10 refund. The visit to the two parks was enhanced by the knowledge that we save over one-half the same day entrance fee. You live up to your word and we will certainly use your service again in the future! Sincerely
