I will forever utilize Undercover Tourist, and a huge reason is because of their customer service. My family is planning a trip to Disneyworld in November of 2023, and from the start I was booking our plans with Undercover Tourist. Along the way, we've been adding more people to the trip which has caused us to have to cancel and rebook hotel rooms to fit everyone, and then even cancel and rebook tickets to accommodate a change in the dates we are going. From the beginning I knew I wanted to use Undercover Tourist because of their flexibility and amazing refund policies, and as you can see from my experience, plans change. However, I am absolutely astonished at how friendly, accommodating, and helpful the staff are Undercover Tourist are. I think I had to cancel and rebook orders a total of 3 times, and every time I felt awful that I had to do that since it was adding more work on Undercover Tourists end. But the staff members I spoke with never made me feel like a burden and were always so willing to help and ensure my orders were taken care of to match my change in plans. I want to give a shoutout to Cynthia who worked with me on multiple occasions to help with the refund and rebooking process. Cynthia was so helpful and would even give me tips and input on things I can do during my trip with my family to make it more enjoyable for all of us. I can't shout enough praises for Undercover Tourist! I will forever be a customer and be appreciative of how amazing their customer service team is. Thank you so much for making my trip planning (and changes) so manageable!!!

I want to say what a nice young lady Lacy is and how helpful she has been with ordering the tickets for our family trip to Disney this Christmas. Our are a family of 17 ranging in ages from 75 down to 15 months (at the time of our trip at Christmas. I have been getting tickets from Undercover Tourist for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase tickets. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful customer service I received via live chat and then phone call from Keisha. Not only was she polite and helpful, she helped resolve my issue with no problems. Additionally, there had been a duplicate order placed and your company caught it, avoiding yet another issue. HI! I watched your Disney Enchantment fireworks video on Youtube and wanted to note that I really liked the audio along with the visuals of course. I can hear the crowd cheering but when Mickey was talking it sounds like he was being patched directly into your cameras audio input. How did you guys get such crisp audio?
