I've used Undercover Tourist many times and every time the service is exceptional and I've never had any issues using the theme park tickets. Our most recent 2022 trip I had to cancel some tickets due to unforeseen circumstances and the response was very quick and the whole process was 100% pain free. I can say without a doubt I'll continue to buy theme park tickets from Undercover Tourist! Thank you to the entire team!

I just wanted to say thank you for all the wonderful advice you provide. I found this site just trying to develop a plan for a trip to Disneyland for me and my family. I had no idea where to start or what to do. Thanks to the one day hopper plan everything was figured out for us. We visited both Disneyland and California Adventure Park on July 30 and had a wonderful day. Saved so much time and guesswork. All the tips were spot on. We enjoyed it so much we’re going back again. I was very impressed at the speed we received our tickets for the Very Merry Christmas Party. We live in Canada and I only ordered them yesterday and we have already received them :). The turnaround we literally 24 hours.

We always recommend undercover tourist to everyone. If we need tickets in Orlando for attractions we always use undercover tourists.We have never had a problem.

Hi just wanted to thank you so much for providing us with a refund on our Disney ticket after we couldn’t get a reservation in any park for our chosen day. We did however have a fantastic time using the tickets you provided for Discovery Cove and Seaworld. You were great at refunding us when we were unable to travel in 2020 due to Covid which is why we came to you again. We hope we’ll back over to Florida from the UK again next year and will make sure we come to you again for tickets. Fabulous customer service!

I wanted to thank Undercover Tourist for being there for me when I had a family emergency and had to cancel my Disney trip the day before. UT was able to refund my Walt Disney World tickets less than 24 hours before I was supposed to use them. I received a full refund of over $3,000. The process was super easy and a stressful situation was made very easy. Thank you UT.

We always use Undercover Tourist - since 2014! They have the best prices and always listed with tax. Also best customer service. We've had to cancel in the past and reschedule due to covid concerns and they were able to help out so well. Love them and highly recommended.

Hello, I just want to let you know how lucky you are to have a customer service representative Dawn Marie Juneau. She is polite and funny. She talked me through my very large order. Both online and when I called Thank God she answered. I have worked with a lot of Customer service in my years as a Purchasing agent for the VA and she is the best customer service I have ever worked with. Because of the amount of money on the credit card she had to verify everything. I was so upset when I received the email to call. She talked to me and walked me through everything.
