She went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did she offer useful advice and suggestions, but she even took the time to listen to an anxious and excited father (on multiple phone calls). We recently ordered WDW park passes for our family of 13. We actually traveled with 15 but that included two under three years old who received free admission into the parks. Thank you for your great service. I ordered my tickets online and asked for express delivery as we were leaving in two weeks. We live in central Alberta, Canada. So I thought it would take about three days with sending them out and the shipping time. I was amazed when they arrived 24 hours later right to me!!! Wow!!!

Dear Undercover Tourist, Thank - You so VERY much! Your company is an Excellent company to do business with and your Customer Service is Beyond Excellent. I hadn't received my WDW tickets in the expected time frame so I called Customer Service and in a very short time was told exactly when our post office attempted to deliver our tickets and was given the delivery confirmation number on the envelope. The reason why the post office was unable to deliver the tickets was because the city was flooded and particularly the basement of the post office where the Disney tickets were waiting to be picked up. The Customer Service Rep. I spoke with was so re-assuring and told me the tickets could be reissued at WDW when I got to one of the parks. She would e mail me the copies of the tickets and all I needed to do was take the copies to a Guest Relations desk and the lost wet tickets would be replaced. >> You cannot ask for any better service than that!! I will definitely be a repeat customer and I have already recommended your business to several friends who are going to Florida in the next few months. Thanks again,

I just wanted to let everyone to know that undercovertourist is the best on ticket prices.If you bought your tickets threw disney for a family of four 7 day base tickets(adult)tickets it would cost with shipping and taxes 935.96.With undercovertourist it would cost 895.80.Thats a savings of 40.16 WOW!!!!!.I highly recomend you by tickets threw undercover tourist .Also check out the dinner shows.We saved 50.00 on the dolly parton dixie stampede.Thanks

Dear Undercover Tourist, My family was crushed to find that our Disney Tickets we ordered from your website were stolen while we were on vacation in Florida. Luckily, I had my laptop with me and was able to find your contact information. I called your toll free number on June 26 and spoke to a very nice lady named ‘Xxxxxx’. In a matter of seconds, she had located my order and promised to fax copies of our tickets to our hotel. In the time it took me to hang up the phone and walk to the hotel Business Center, her fax had arrived and included all the information to have our tickets replaced at the Disney Customer Service. In my family’s opinion, Xxxxxx saved our vacation. I am recommending your website to all my friends. You’re awesome!

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know how pleased I have been with the service I have received from Undercover Tourist. At first, I must admit, I was hesitant to purchase the tickets through an agency with which I was not familiar. However, I checked other sites and read positive reviews. I am so glad that I did purchase my tickets through Undercover Tourist. I received prompt, courteous service both when I purchased my tickets via phone and again, when my trip was postponed at the last minute. I was frantic when I realized that the tickets were sent to the UPS store, but our trip was postponed for over a week. When I e-mailed Undercover Tourist to explain the situation, Xxxx put me at ease, letting me know that the tickets would be waiting for me at the UPS store next week. In addition, our Disney World tickets were a bargain (yes, a bargain!) at Undercover Tourist, compared to other sites we checked. This pricing allowed my family to get "more bang for our buck." I just received the WDW tickets that I ordered. Due to time constraints, I asked for five day express shipping and received them in only three days! I have to admit I was a bit concerned about ordering tickets on-line, but after speaking with one of the agents and reviewing the positive feed back, I decided to order.
