This was a surprisingly great source of lots of relevant information and tickets at a great price. Staff was very helpful in clarifying some minor questions I had re such things as use of one name only for tickets, expected surge times, etc.

I was really happy with Undercover Tourist. I liked the savings and how easy the site was to navigate. I am EXTREMELY pleased with Undercover Tourist. The site is relatively user-friendly (it did take a tiny bit of figuring out, but only because they offer so many options!). They have tons of options to fit every schedule, plan, and budget. The purchasing process was very easy, and I like the fact that the price shown includes tax! After purchasing my tickets, I received two emails. One of them was a requirement that I verify my order, to protect me from fraud, which I valued A LOT. After verifying my order, I received my tickets within the hour via email. I chose the e-tickets so that I could just link them up with MDE and my Magic Band. If you are questioning the site, nervous, or on edge - don't be. This company is real, legit, and reliable. Kudos to UCT!!! I won't spend countless hours anymore searching for the best deal when I go to WDW. I'm not a newbie to WDW...been there 10 times now. I have stayed anywhere from outside WDW to All Stars to the Boardwalk, and many in between. This time, like before, I shopped for days on end trying to get the best deal possible....UNDERCOVER TOURIST BEAT ALL OTHER SCENARIOS! Next time I will save all the hassle and time-consuming research and go straight to UCT! Not only was the price right, but linking everything up was flawless. I admit I was slightly skeptical about purchasing WDW and Universal tickets from a website other than the park's sites. BUT! You made it super easy from start to finish! I bought a Disney World ticket in January and 2 more in February (before Disney's price increase) and I was going to put all 3 together. So now I couldn't find the first ticket I bought in January. Its gone. Just gone. Searched all night. I called Undercover Tourist the next day. Spoke to Chelsey (sorry if I spelled it wrong), very nice. Very helpful. She sent me a copy of the ticket I bought and explained what to do with it. I had bought the plastic credit card style ticket and all I really needed were the numbers on the back. With this copy I can show it at the park gate or what I'm going to do is pair it to my magic band. No problem at all. They have the BEST prices you can get for park tickets.
