'Sup! Welcome to Tad's fin-tastic roundup of what’s coming to Disney Cruise Line in 2025 and beyond. As your go-to source for all things Disney cruising — from ship details to insider tips — I love keeping tabs on the latest updates sailing our way. There’s so much magic on the horizon, including new ships, destinations and onboard experiences. So, grab your maps and bust out your calendars ... it's time to break it all down!
This year has already been a BIG one for Disney Cruise Line. A second island destination, Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point opened in June 2024. In addition, the second Triton ship, the Disney Treasure — sister to the Disney Wish and forthcoming Disney Destiny (more on that below) — is set to make her debut on Dec. 21, 2024. The anticipation for this ship has been SUPER exciting. The overall design is inspired by Walt Disney's passion for adventure and exploration. Additionally, the Disney Treasure has "Aladdin," "Pocohantas," "Up" and "Encanto" themed staterooms. Further, Plaza De Coco will be the new rotational dining venue.
The ship will also have multiple themed bar and lounge areas such as the Haunted Mansion Parlor, Periscope Pub and Skipper Society. The AquaMouse is receiving a new storyline, Curse of the Golden Egg. And "Disney The Tale of Moana" will premiere as the new Broadway-style show onboard. Also for 2024, the Disney Dream received several refurbishments including Disney's Oceaneer Club, a brand-new funnel suite, a new concierge lounge and a revitalized spa.
What's Coming to Disney Cruise Line in 2025 and Beyond
Disney Cruise Ships
Disney Destiny — Nov. 21, 2025 — Departing from Fort Lauderdale, this Disney Destiny will offer four- and five-night cruises to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Stops include Disney’s island destinations, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Themed spaces will showcase both heroes and villains. Staterooms will be decorated after Disney’s iconic characters such as Hercules. Reservations are now open.
Disney Adventure — Dec. 15, 2025 — The Disney Adventure will sail 3- and 4-day cruises from Singapore. As the first and only ship of the Global class, it is filled with Disney, Pixar and Marvel experiences. The ship will also have seven new themed areas such as Disney Imagination Garden, Marvel Landing and San Fransokyo Street. Bookings open to the general public on Dec. 10, 2024.
Unnamed Japan-based ship – 2029 — a new cruise ship will operate year-round cruise vacations to Japan. More info to come!
Four unnamed ships — 2027 to 2031 — Disney Cruise Line announced FOUR brand-new ships debuting between 2027 and 2031. With five active ships and four already in the works, this will bring the entire fleet to 13 ships! Ship names, designs and itineraries are still in development.
Disney Cruise Line Itineraries and Special Sailings
New Itineraries — 2025 and 2026 — Disney Cruise Line has released its itineraries for 2025 through early 2026. You can sail to the Bahamas and Caribbean with stops at Castaway Cay or Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, visit the historic Yucatan Peninsula, cruise along the scenic Pacific Coast or explore Alaska. Unique sailings include the Panama Canal, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Marvel Day at Sea — 2025 — The Marvel Day at Sea cruises are making a return. Marvel Day at Sea will be held on the Disney Dream for eight select sailings beginning January 2025 through early March 2025. The itineraries include five-night Bahamian and Western Caribbean cruises sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Halloween on the High Seas — 2025 — Halloween on the High Seas cruises for 2025 are now available. Choose from 3- to 7-night Bahamian or Caribbean cruises. They depart from Port Canaveral or Fort Lauderdale on the Disney Magic, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish or Disney Treasure. All cruises visit Castaway Cay or Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Some even stop at both! The Disney Magic also has two 7-night Southern Caribbean cruises from San Juan in October 2025.
Very Merrytime Cruises — Very Merrytime Cruises in 2025 bring holiday cheer to the Disney Wish, Disney Fantasy, Disney Dream, Disney Magic and the brand-new Disney Treasure. The Disney Wish offers 3- and 4-night Bahamian cruises, while the Disney Fantasy sails 3- to 7-night itineraries from Port Canaveral. The Disney Dream departs from Fort Lauderdale with 3- to 5-night cruises and the Disney Magic offers 4- to 6-night sailings from Galveston, TX. And the Disney Treasure features 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral.

"Disney Hercules" — Nov. 20, 2025 — The third stage show developed exclusively for the Disney Destiny is "Disney Hercules." The show will stay true to the animated film but have a modern twist while incorporating a pop and gospel soundtrack, including a new song "Shooting Star." (Disney Destiny)
AquaMouse: Sing a Silly Song — Nov. 20, 2025 — The AquaMouse will have a new storyline called Sing a Silly Song. Join Mickey and Minnie as they climb Villain Mountain. Along the way, you'll splash through fun scenes with villains such as the Queen of Hearts, Scar and Chernabog from "Fantasia." (Disney Destiny)
"Remember" — Dec. 15, 2025 — The all-new stage show, "Remember," will tell a heartwarming story of love and memory, starring Wall-E and Eve. Fan-favorite characters will make an appearance from "Coco," "The Little Mermaid," "Aladdin" and more. (Disney Adventure)
Marvel Landing — Dec. 15, 2025 — Located on the upper decks, Marvel Landing will be a new adventure zone. This area will be home to three all-new attractions: Ironcycle Test Run, Disney Cruise Line’s first-ever roller coaster, Pym Quantum Racers and Groot Galaxy Spin. (Disney Adventure)

Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King — As the first rotational dining restaurant inspired by "The Lion King," two major highlights will be the menu with African-themed food and live entertainment and music from the movie. (Disney Destiny)
Edna A la Mode Sweets — Nov. 20, 2025 — It's ice cream, darling! Edna Mode's lab has become a marvelous sweet shop, with handmade gelato, ice cream, cookies, candies and more. (Disney Destiny)
Navigator’s Club and Hollywood Spotlight Club — Dec. 15, 2025 — Step on in and experience the elegance of the Golden Age, featuring live entertainment and special visits from Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy. (Disney Adventure)
Animator’s Palate and Animator’s Table — Dec. 15, 2025 — Disney and Pixar animation come to life in a unique dining experience. While guests enjoy their meal, their drawings will join Disney characters in an on-screen animated finale. (Disney Adventure)
Enchanted Summer Restaurant — Dec. 15, 2025 — Calling all "Tangled" and "Frozen" fans! The Enchanted Summer Restaurant will transport guests to a village dining hall where the two animated worlds meet. In the Maximus dining room, you'll feel like you've stepped into a scene from "Tangled." Meanwhile, the Olaf dining room is designed after a summer snow day. (Disney Adventure)
Pixar Market Restaurant — Dec. 15, 2025 — Located near Toy Story Place, this restaurant will be a celebration of the Pixar films. Each dining area will showcase a different movie, from "Inside Out" and "Monsters University" to "Turning Red" and "The Incredibles." (Disney Adventure)
Mike & Sulley’s – Dec. 15, 2025 — Flavors of Asia will introduce a new dining experience with a full-service Japanese steakhouse. Guests can enjoy a teppanyaki room, an Omakase-style bar and outdoor seating that offers sushi and sashimi. (Disney Adventure)
Palo Trattoria — Dec. 15, 2025 — This restaurant will be an adults-only restaurant, similar to Palo on the other Disney ships, the menu will offer upscale Italian cuisine. (Disney Adventure)
Bars, Lounges and Cafes
DeVil's — Nov. 20, 2025 — Wind down in style at DeVil's, a piano lounge that's red, white and spotted for its namesake, Cruella de Vil. Enjoy a cocktail or martini, and watch out for the villain herself to make a cameo in this adults-exclusive lounge. (Disney Destiny)
Cask and Cannon — Nov. 20, 2025 — Drink up me hearties, yo ho! Inspired by the iconic Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, head into this all-new watering hole to see live televised sporting events and enjoy (what else) rum! You'll find an extensive menu of rare, specialty and vintage rums and bootlegged brews served straight from the barrel. (Disney Destiny)
The Sanctum — Nov. 20, 2025 — Enter the sacred space of Doctor Strange, filled with items designed to aid sorcerers in protecting the world. Like cocktails! (Disney Destiny)
Cafe Megara — Nov. 20, 2025 — A walk-up cafe with a "Greco disco" design. It will be located just off the Grand Hall and will serve specialty coffee, tea and snacks. (Disney Destiny)
Cafe Merida — Nov. 20, 2025 — Named after Merida from Disney's "Brave," this cafe will have Celtic design elements. It will also serve specialty coffee, tea and snacks. (Disney Destiny)
Bewitching Boba and Brews — Dec. 15, 2025 — Located in Disney Discovery Reef, this cafe will serve bubble tea and other unique beverages inspired by Ursula, the sea witch. (Disney Adventure)
