Frog Overview
This Broadway-quality show is a shortened version of the Disney movie, "Beauty and the Beast," from which it is based. It tells the story of Belle, a beautiful French girl who is pursued by the brutish Gaston, only to fall in love with the Beast instead. Colorful costumes and a gorgeous set help audiences fall back in love with this "tale as old as time." Favorite Disney characters, like Mrs. Potts, Lumiere and Cogsworth, are brought back to life with talented performers, making this show a must-see.
Beauty and the Beast—Live on Stage is held in the open-air Theater of the Stars on Sunset Boulevard. The show lasts about 25 minutes with performance throughout the day, and may only be shown on certain days of the week; check the Times Guide for show times. The theater has bench-style seating with no padding. Guests may remain in their wheelchair, motorized scooter or ECV to experience the attraction.
