Get your kid dancing and singing with new friends from "Doc McStuffins" and "Sofia the First," along with old friends from "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" and "Jake and the Never Land Pirates." Guests will learn about friendship and teamwork through stories and skits, as Mickey and Minnie appear on the stage to get the show started. Watch as colorful puppets, Jake and his band of Never Land Pirates, defeat Captain Hook and Mr. Smees. There's plenty of celebration to be had, so get up, clap your hands and sing along with some of your favorite Disney Junior characters!
Get in line 15-20 minutes before show time and you won’t have any trouble getting a seat. Speaking of seats, the audience sits on the floor during the show, so you’ll have a good view of the stage no matter where you sit. Although it’s geared toward preschoolers, school-age children might also enjoy it.
This show used to be “Playhouse Disney—Live on Stage” and it was one of Lily’s favorites. She still enjoys the current version, but is growing out of it. If we have time in our schedule, we enjoy the break from the crowds in the air-conditioning.
Disney Junior—Live on Stage! is about 24 minutes long and takes place in Soundstage 5 in Animation Courtyard. It’s an adorable show for the little ones to sing and dance along with their favorite Disney Junior characters. There are up to 10 performances a day; check the Times Guide for show times.
Guests sit on the floor in the middle of the room, but there are a few benches along the back wall if you wish to sit there. Guests may remain in their wheelchair, motorized scooter or ECV to experience the attraction.
